How can we use people, and local assets to make Wolverhampton a better place?

We all have things we don't need-babies grow, fashions change and people move...for those in financial difficulties, even charity shops may be out of their budget and not always have what they need. If we had a venue where you could donate in return for credits, that could then be redeemed against other items, swapping a cot for a toddler bed may not be as difficult for some. We could also recycle more well loved items, creating new, bespoke items. Volunteers, craft groups and those in need of work placements could all be utilised to do this. Classes could be held to show residents how to recycle and update their current furniture, soft furnishings and clothing, to reduce the 'throw away' culture we live in. This could be incorporated into lots of the ideas already on here, but I think the most important thing would that items would be 'preloved' not a charity shop, to reduce stigma those who need it the most may feel
