How can we use people, and local assets to make Wolverhampton a better place?

Unlike most Cities, Wolverhampton lacks a district that is devoted to it's citizens, individuals that have ideas for music and arts performance along with independent boutique retail outlets. Take the Northern Quarter of Manchester for example; fashion shops, book stores, music retailers, bars and cafe's that turn into music venues at night.

Everything in Wolverhampton is revolves around money making it impossible for a young person to realise their vision. Money is important but ideas are priceless. Wolverhampton needs to subsidise these people. It needs to feel like a city that cares.

By encompassing the vision of it's people not only will the city gain an a true identity of itself, a pulse and a sense of energy. But it could also secure it's own future.

Wolverhampton has LOTS of potential it just needs get up to speed with it's fellow forward thinking towns and cities of the country such as Nottingham, Brighton, Bristol, Newcastle and Manchester.
