How would you change local public services?

This service aids the collaboration of local care homes with one another. This improves the following areas

Resident’s quality of life -1 Increased friendship networks -2 Providing more local activities -3 Reducing reliance on staff through increased social interactions

Care staff quality of life -1 Improving their professional network -2 Increasing knowledge of local services

Care Home reputation -1 Being apart of an open network -2 Having a forward thinking approach to care

The first step is to invite care home managers to work with one another by sharing their public care home information with other local care homes. When two homes agree to meet with each other Co Care then provides a safe environment for collaboration to be discussed, and the start of a friendship to grow

No other service utilises the knowledge and experience care homes have. By aiding collaboration, new ideas can emerge, helping to improve both residents and staff’s quality of life
